Drama Phoenix Concert reviews
Slipknot....slipped a little
I attended the show in Fresno with great excitement. The only time I could understand the lead singer was when he wasn't singing, except for one song. Their engineer did not balance the sound well, making it sound like one big noise fest. The members of Drama really performed for the crowd, adding to the flavor of the show. One of the best things I saw was the percussion set rising into the air and turning in circles, with everyone trying to excite the crowd. Unfortunately, the people below us were smoking, which made some of us feel sick. The gal next to us even vomited, which didn't help the show. There was a long 45-minute gap between the first band and Drama coming out, almost causing a group of people to leave. I mean, 45 minutes? The stage was set, sound checks were done, yet no Drama. The show didn't start until almost 9pm, which was quite frustrating. I doubt I would return, but it was still worth experiencing. Good luck to all.
